Wormser Corporation is a privately held company with 35+ years experience developing and importing products in the cosmetic and personal care industry. Wormers' main office and warehouse is located in New Jersey. In addition, we have offices in California, Texas, United Kingdom, Germany, and Shanghai. The Shanghai office is staffed with sourcing and QC personnel, as well as an engineer to better enable us to evaluate development. California, Texas, and UK offices are sales offices. The Germany office has design capabilities as well as a sales staff. Cosmetic Packaging Wormser has tremendous strength in tooling for custom packaging, utilizing our factories to accomplish the best results on both price and quality depending on the factory strengths. 90% of all development and production is done in China; making the presence of our QC staff extremely valuable. New Product Development Although we have an office in Shanghai, we are constantly looking to develop new products. Our current customer base relies on our expertise in building tools for packaging and personal care accessories. We also utilize the design capabilities of our German office as well as travel to varying world markets/exhibits to locate the newest trends. Implements/Personal Care Tools Wormser initially developed an implement business in Korea. Due to cost savings this business has shifted, in most part, to China. Our office has been key in sourcing new supplies of nail, foot, body, and facial care products. This has been particularly important in the production of emery boards and nail clippers. Hairbrushes/Hair Care/Promotional Products Wormser is a dominant player in the worldwide hairbrush business. This requires design and development capabilities for each new design. Working primarily with resins, our quality and production staff oversees the high standards demanded by our customers. Finished Products Wormser has put a great deal of time and resources in perfecting the process of producing turn key products for our customers. The time and cost savings that this produces have been extremely valuable. Providing the customer with "shelf ready" products will continue to be a focus for Wormser Corporation. |
